Treatment for Pituitary Cushing's Syndrome

Here is an example of endoscopic management of a pituitary Cushing's syndrome. These patients can be treated with medications; however, some of them may be treated with surgery with good results. When and if the clinician decides to perform surgery, these patients tend to bleed more, since they have basal hypertension with difficult control in some cases. Note the use of Hadad flaps at the end.
